In only four days’ time, we had a long list of reasons why this small city is so special! Nestled in a valley that doesn’t get too terribly hot or too cold, surrounded by gorgeous mountains, is a city that is charged with an outdoor culture. Two things that stand out the most about this city is the chain of parks it hosts and a view of the capital that is quite spectacular! Dana’s cousin lives in Boise, so we were able to meet her husband and their son for the first time. We even worked in a pregnancy family photo shoot for them with their chocolate lab. It was a good excuse to visit one of the neat parks and blow the dust off our our portrait equipment. After that, they gave us one heck of a whitewater rafting experience. Lots of fun!
