#5: How can you make learning fun for your employees?

Hopefully you have hired excellent employees. They are driven. They want to learn. They want to be part of something bigger.

They are naturally curious about the industry and which direction the company they work for is headed. Above all of that, they probably want to learn ways to work safer and harder to protect themselves, their coworkers, and maybe even meet the requirements for a promotion.

There is definitely a distinct line between learning that is required to be done behind a firewall and learning that can be provided freely to your employees. Why not make it easy to access and enjoyable?

Learning can be done on their device, without an account, at any time, any location, and with any browser. This is learning they will enjoy. This is learning they aren’t rushed to do.

We all have our favorite way to learn, right? Our favorite device. Our favorite snack. Our favorite view that calms our minds down enough to absorb the material.

You don’t need an LMS. Only a website!

What would your first learning message be to your employees?

Sales? Workplace ethics? Role requirements? Company history? Company mission? Updated policies? New procedures? Workplace safety? Administration basics? Finance 101? Having difficult conversations? Software simulation? Industry best practices?

What is the weakest point with your employees that could be improved?

Maybe that’s a good place to start!

Short learning. Anytime. Anywhere. Any device. Any internet provider. Any browser.

Write down a few initial internal learning needs, and then reach out to us!
